Our hosts at Hinch are giving us VIP access to their distillery and Warehouse 3, where we’ll explore, sip, and savour some of their most exciting casks — including our very own Waterford Whiskey Society Pedro Ximenez cask filed with beautiful single malt and at the moment whiskey reached 23 years old, yes 23 years old you read it right.

• Warehouse 3 Exclusive – 21 Year Old Bushmills (Refill Oloroso Sherry)
• Warehouse 3 Exclusive – 4 Year Old Hinch (Sauternes or Shiraz finish) or the new Hinch Single Malt
• Warehouse 3 Exclusive – 4–5 Year Old Hinch (Bourbon or Ruby Port finish) or the new Peated Hinch Single Malt
• • WWS x Hinch Collaboration – Bourbon Cask sample (this is what went into our PX Ximenez Spinola Cask)
  • WWS x Hinch Collaboration – An exclusive tasting of our 23-year-old whiskey currently maturing in a Ximénez-Spínola Pedro Ximénez cask — an absolute showstopper!

 BBQ Feast with a Kick

After our tasting adventure, we’ll relax with a BBQ lunch packed with flavor:
